What is a FusionReactor Annual Health Check?
An Annual Health Check ensures that you are getting the absolute best value out of FusionReactor. This service is available to anyone who has an Enterprise or Ultimate FusionReactor license which is either in current maintenance or is a valid subscription.
A Health Check is a remote meeting with a senior support engineer; it will take around 30 minutes and will ensure that you have FR configured correctly for your tech landscape.
We check that you have a good understanding of the product capabilities to ensure that you are using it to solve issues in the most efficient way possible.
Am I entitled to a free Health Check?
Health Checks are available once per year to anyone who is entitled to the Premium Support Package
- Have a FusionReactor Enterprise or Ultimate license (either Cloud or On-Prem)
- Have a valid monthly/annual product license subscription or a valid Maintenance subscription
